250℃ ~ 300℃

1. I-Adhesive Layer: Ukuphucula i-Weak Link

·  Yongeza i-thermal stabilizers : Dibanisa i-phenol ethintelweyo kunye nezinye i-thermal stabilizers kwifomula ukuthintela ngokufanelekileyo ukuthotywa kwe-oxidative phantsi kobushushu obuphezulu.

2. I-Substrate Layer: Phakamisa umda wokumelana nokushisa ngokubanzi

·  I-Nano-filler modification : Yongeza i-nano silica, i-boron nitride nanotubes kunye nezinye ii-nanoparticles kwi-PTFE substrate ukwenza iindawo ezinqamlezayo ezibonakalayo. Ubushushu bokuguqula ubushushu bunokunyuswa nge-20-30 ℃, ngelixa kugcinwa ngaphezulu kwe-90% yokunamathela kokuqala kwi-260 ℃.

·  Unyango lwe-molecular crosslinking : I-Crosslink PTFE i-molecular chain ukuphakamisa ubushushu benkonzo eqhubekayo ukuya kwi-300℃.

Ukomelezwa  kweFayibha : Yongeza i-25% yefayibha yeglasi okanye ifayibha yekhabhoni ukonyusa ukuxhathisa kwe-creep nge-300%, ivumela ukusetyenziswa ngokuqhubekayo ukuya kuthi ga kwi-280℃.

3. Ujongano kunye noYilo lweZakhiwo: Ukuphucula ukuzinza kwebhondi

·  Unyango lomphezulu weSubstrate : Faka unyango lweplasma okanye ukufakwa kweekhemikhali kumphezulu we-PTFE ukunyusa uburhabaxa kunye nomsebenzi womphezulu, ukomeleza ukunamathela kobuso kwaye uthintele i-delamination kwiqondo lobushushu eliphezulu.

·  Yongeza i-intermediate barrier layer : Faka i-polyimide (PI) yodwa umaleko phakathi kwe-PTFE substrate kunye ne-adhesive ukuvala ukungena kwe-adhesive kunye nokufuduka phantsi kobushushu obuphezulu, ukuphucula ukuzinza kwesakhiwo ngokubanzi.

·  Ukwandisa isakhiwo esidibeneyo : Yamkela i-multi-layer composite structure: I-PTFE yokugqoka + i-substrate yokuqinisa + i-high-temperature stable layer , ukulungelelanisa ukuxhathisa ubushushu kunye nokusebenza kwe-adhesive comprehensive.

·  Imvume yokwandiswa kwe-thermal egciniweyo : Ulwandiso lwe-coefficient ye-PTFE malunga namaxesha ali-10 entsimbi.

Gcina isithuba se- 0.15-0.3 mm  kuyilo lwesakhiwo ukukhulula uxinzelelo lwe-thermal ngokufanelekileyo.
