I-Silicone Pressure Sensitive Adhesive

250℃ ~ 300℃

150℃ ~ 180℃

1. Isendlalelo Esinamathelayo: Thuthukisa Isixhumanisi Esibuthakathaka

·  Khetha isistimu yokunamathela ekwazi ukumelana nokushisa okuphezulu : Beka kuqala ingcina yokunamathela ezwela ukucindezela kwe-silicone ngezimo zokusebenza zesikhathi eside zezinga lokushisa eliphezulu.

·  Ukuguqulwa kwe-Fluorocarbon : Shintsha ingcina ye-silicone ngezinhlanganisela ze-fluorocarbon ukuze ukhuphule izinga lokushisa lengilazi (Tg) liye ku-230℃. Ngemuva kwamahora angu-48 okusetshenziswa okuqhubekayo ku-260 ℃, izinga lokugcinwa kokunamathela lisadlula ama-85%.

·  Ngenisa inethiwekhi ye-crosslinking : Yakha amanethiwekhi e-nano-scale crosslinking ukuze uthuthukise kakhulu amandla ahlangene kanye nokumelana nokugunda kwesendlalelo sokunamathela emazingeni okushisa aphezulu.

·  Engeza iziqinisi ezishisayo : Faka i-phenol evinjiwe nezinye iziqinisi ezishisayo kufomula ukuze uvimbele ngempumelelo ukuwohloka kwe-oxidative ngaphansi kokushisa okuphezulu.

2. Isendlalelo se-Substrate: Phakamisa umkhawulo wokumelana nezinga lokushisa usuwonke

·  Ukuguqulwa kwe-Nano-filler : Engeza i-nano silica, i-boron nitride nanotubes namanye ama-nanoparticles ku-PTFE substrate ukuze wenze amaphuzu ahlanganisayo abonakalayo. Izinga lokushisa lokuhlanekezelwa kokushisa linganyuka ngo-20–30℃, kuyilapho ligcina ngaphezu kwama-90% wokunamathela kokuqala ku-260℃.

·  Ukwelashwa kokuphambana kwamangqamuzana : Amaketanga emolekyuli e-Crosslink PTFE ukuphakamisa izinga lokushisa lesevisi eliqhubekayo lifike ku-300℃.

·  Ukuqinisa i-Fiber : Engeza u-25% we-glass fibre noma i-carbon fiber ukuze ukhulise ukumelana ne-creep ngo-300%, okuvumela ukusetshenziswa okuqhubekayo kufika ku-280℃.

3. I-Interface & Design of Structural: Thuthukisa ukuzinza kwesibopho

·  Ukwelashwa kwe-substrate ebusweni : Faka ukwelashwa kwe-plasma noma ukushumeka kwamakhemikhali endaweni ye-PTFE ukuze ukhuphule ama-rough kanye nomsebenzi ongaphezulu, uqinise ukunamathela kobuso futhi ugweme ukubola ezingeni lokushisa eliphezulu.

·  Engeza ungqimba olumaphakathi lwesithiyo : Faka isendlalelo sokuhlukanisa se-polyimide (PI) phakathi kwe-PTFE substrate ne-adhesive ukuze uvimbele ukungena okunamathelayo nokufuduka ngaphansi kwezinga lokushisa eliphezulu, ukuthuthukisa ukuqina kwesakhiwo sonke.

·  Lungiselela ukwakheka okuyinhlanganisela : Yamukela ukwakheka kwenhlanganisela yezendlalelo eziningi: I-PTFE enamathelayo + i-substrate eqinisayo + ungqimba oluqinile lwezinga lokushisa eliphezulu , ukulinganisela ukumelana nokushisa nokusebenza kokunamathela ngokuphelele.

·  Gcina imvume yokunweba okushisayo : I-coefficient yomugqa yokwandisa ye-PTFE cishe iphindwe ka-10 kunensimbi.

Gcina igebe elingu -0.15–0.3 mm  ekwakhiweni kwesakhiwo ukuze ukhulule ingcindezi yokushisa ngempumelelo.
