Itheyiphu ye-PTFE ekhiqizwe i-Jiangsu Aokai New Materials, umkhiqizi ochwepheshile we-PTFE tape, isebenzisa i-silicone ezwela ukucindezela (i-silicone PSA) . Ukunamathela kwe-silicone PSA kulandela izinyathelo ezintathu zomhlaba jikelele ze-PSA: ukumanzisa - i-adsorption - cohesion , kodwa indlela yayo ihlukile:

1. Ukumanzisa nokukhanyiswa ngokomzimba

I-silicone PSA ye-PTFE tape iyinhlanganisela yalokhu:

·  Irabha ye-Silicone  (ihlinzeka ngokuguquguquka nokuthamba)

·  I-MQ silicone resin  (ihlinzeka ngokuqina kanye ne-tack)

·  Irabha ye-Silicone ('ulwandle') : isigaba se-polymer esiqhubekayo esinikeza amandla ahlangene  okumelana nokwehluleka kwangaphakathi ngesikhathi Ukucwecwa.Ngokulungisa isilinganiso se-MQ resin nerabha ye-silicone, okuthawula  nawokucwecwa amandla  angalinganiswa ngokunembile.

3. Inethiwekhi ye-Crosslinked ithuthukisa ukuhlangana

Ngesikhathi sokwelapha noma sokukhiqiza, amaketanga erabha ye-silicone ahlanganiswa ngokumaphakathi kusetshenziswa ama-peroxides  noma ama-catalysts eplatinamu  ukuze akhe inethiwekhi enezinhlangothi ezintathu. ·  I-MQ resin ('iziqhingi') inikeza ukunamathela; irabha ye-silicone ('ulwandle') inikeza ukuhlangana.

·  Ukuxhumanisa okumaphakathi kuqinisa ukuhlangana futhi kuvimbela ukwehluleka kwangaphakathi kokunamathela.
