The PTFE seamless belt uses glass fiber and Kevlar as the base fabric, impregnated with Teflon emulsion and dried to form a high-temperature conveyor belt.
Normal conveyor belt connection tends to break easily. The uneven circumference at the connection also causes stability issues and tracking deviation while Seamless belts can overcome above mentioned problems thus they have a running life more than three times longer than normal PTFE conveyor belts.
Product Features
Corrosion resistance：Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) has excellent chemical corrosion resistance and can resist most corrosive media such as strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents, etc.
High temperature resistance：It can be used continuously in the temperature range of -70℃ to 260℃. In high temperature environment, it can still maintain its physical properties and chemical stability without softening, deformation or decomposition.
Low friction coefficient：The surface of the ptfe seamless belt is smooth and the friction coefficient is extremely low. This allows the material to slide smoothly during the conveying process, reducing the wear and energy consumption of the material caused by friction. At the same time, it also reduces the running resistance of the conveyor belt and extends the service life of the equipment.
Non-stickiness：PTFE material has non-stick properties, and almost any substance is difficult to adhere to its surface. This feature prevents the polytetrafluoroethylene seamless belt from sticking or accumulating materials when conveying sticky materials, ensuring the conveying efficiency and product quality.
High strength and durability：Although polytetrafluoroethylene itself is soft, through special weaving process and reinforcement treatment, the polytetrafluoroethylene seamless belt has high strength and wear resistance.
