1. Equipment: Lay a Foundation for Uniform Heating of PTFE High-temperature Cloth

Multi-point Temperature Measurement: At least 5 thermocouples are evenly arranged in the working area for regular thermal field mapping and calibration of the sintering furnace.

Uniformity Inspection: The furnace temperature uniformity is tested regularly in accordance with industry standards, with the temperature difference in the working area for PTFE high-temperature cloth stably controlled within ±5℃.

4. Control: Achieve Dynamic and Balanced Temperature Field for Sintering

Zoned Independent Temperature Control: The sintering furnace is divided into multiple zones with independent temperature adjustment, ensuring balanced and free heating for all parts of the PTFE high-temperature cloth.

Advanced PID Algorithm: High-response PID control systems accurately correct temperature deviations and fluctuations during the sintering process.

Computer Simulation: CFD simulation technology is introduced to optimize the flow field and temperature field design inside the furnace, fundamentally reducing batch temperature differences of finished products.
