Sticky Material Conveying

Proper Maintenance to Extend Service Life

· Storage: Ambient temperature should be controlled between -15°C and 40°C, with relative humidity of 50%–80%. Store in full rolls; folding is strictly prohibited. Avoid direct sunlight, rain, heavy pressure, and keep at least 1 meter away from heat sources.

· Standard Installation: hot vulcanization splicing is recommended for higher joint strength. Ensure smooth and level equipment components, flat and untwisted belt body, and proper tension during installation.

PTFE coated fiberglass conveyor belts show distinct advantages under specific working conditions. By following proper maintenance practices and strictly adhering to the two key principles — no over-temperature operation and no bending or folding damage — the belt can operate stably for a long service life.
