1. Release Layer

· Material: PTFE film or coating with extremely low surface energy.

Special Acrylic PSA Long-term temperature resistance around 180℃, curable at low baking temperature (as low as 120℃) to greatly reduce production energy consumption. It offers strong bonding force and cost performance, ideal for medium-temperature application scenarios.

4. Adhesive Layer Balance: Micro Formulation Design Strategy

The balance fundamentally depends on optimized micro formula design:

Soft and Hard Monomer Composite Design Adhesive polymers are polymerized from soft monomers (e.g., butyl acrylate for initial tack), hard monomers (e.g., vinyl acetate for structural strength), and functional monomers (e.g., acrylic acid for enhanced heat resistance and cohesion).

Precisely Controlled Crosslinking Density Trace crosslinking agents (such as isocyanates) form molecular bridges to build a 3D network structure, significantly improving adhesive cohesion. This is the core guarantee for easy removability and preventing adhesive tearing and residue left behind.

5. Key Quality Assurance in Production & Application

Premium performance also relies on precise manufacturing and standardized application:

Coating & Curing Process The curing temperature and time after adhesive coating are critical. Insufficient curing greatly reduces cohesion and causes residue. Meanwhile, special surface pretreatment (such as sodium treatment) is applied to PTFE to enhance chemical bonding between adhesive and substrate.

Application Guidelines The bonding surface must be clean and dry. The optimal construction temperature ranges from 15℃~40℃. Avoid application below 10℃ which leads to insufficient initial tack, or above 50℃ which increases the risk of residual glue.
