Electrolyte Immersion Aging TestThis is the most direct and critical verification method. Samples are immersed in simulated electrolyte and kept for days or weeks at room temperature or elevated temperatures such as 60℃ and 85℃. Qualified products show no surface blistering, delamination or dissolution with extremely low weight loss.
