1. Flat & Rotary Screen Printing Conveyor Belts

Printing paste permeates screen frames and deposits onto fabrics laid on conveyor belts. Though original belts are coated with waterproof finish, PTFE high-temperature cloth is widely used inside belt cleaning units or for partial protection to avoid secondary contamination from residual printing paste. Some equipment even adopts PTFE fiberglass cloth as the surface layer of conveyor belts directly.

2. Manual Table Printing Cloth

Fabrics after dyeing, printing, and sizing need drying and heat setting. Unfixed dyestuff, sizing agent, and softener on wet fabrics tend to stick onto drying mesh under high heat.

When textiles are coated with PU, PA, PVC, or laminated with films via flame lamination: Guide rollers and cooling rollers inside coating ovens are wrapped with PTFE high-temperature cloth or PTFE silicone adhesive tape. This prevents incompletely cured coating glue from sticking to rollers and triggering fabric wrinkling or scratching.
