I. Imigaqo yomlinganiselo kunye neeyantlukwano ezibalulekileyo

1. Indlela yokutsalwa kwesinyibilikisi

2. Indlela yeDSC

3. Indlela ye-FTIR

Indlela yokutsalwa kwe-Solvent  Ukuchaneka okuphantsi. Amaxabiso ovavanyo anyusiwe ngenxa yegalelo lomzimba kwaye abonisa olona lungelelwaniso lubi kakhulu kunye nemeko yokuphambana kweekhemikhali. Nangona kunjalo, iziphumo zayo zikufutshane ekusebenzeni kwenkonzo ebonakalayo kwizicelo zoshishino.

Indlela ye-DSC  Ithembekile kwaye ichanekile phantsi kwamazinga oguqulo asezantsi ukuya-phakathi. Isenokuvelisa ufundo lweqondo eliphezulu lokunyanga phakathi kwemimandla elawulwa yi-diffusion, ngoko ke ayizukusetyenziswa ngokuzimeleyo ukuvavanya iinkqubo ezinyangelwe kakhulu.

Indlela ye-FTIR  Ukuchaneka okuphezulu, okukwazi ukwahlula ngokucokisekileyo ukuguqulwa kweekhemikhali, ngokukodwa ukulungelelaniswa phantsi kwamazinga okuguqulwa okuphakathi ukuya phezulu.

IV. Iingcebiso eziSebenzayo zokuSebenza

Indlela yokutsalwa kwe-Solvent  Ifanelekile ukuhlolwa komgangatho ukuze kuqinisekiswe ngokukhawuleza ukuba umxholo wejeli uyahlangabezana neemfuno zenkonzo. Ufundo lwayo aluyi kulinganisa ngokuthe ngqo ukuxinana kweekhemikhali ze-crosslink.

Indlela ye-DSC  Isetyenziswa kuphando lwe-reaction kinetics kunye nokubeka iliso kwinkqubo. Ingqalelo iya kuhlawulwa ekutenxeni komlinganiselo kwinqanaba eliphezulu loguqulo. Uvavanyo oludibeneyo kunye neNdlela ye-FTIR iyacetyiswa.

Indlela ye-FTIR  Indlela yolungelelwaniso ekhethwayo ye-R&D nguJiangsu PTFE abavelisi belaphu lobushushu obuphezulu.
